Payments

Lessons will be billed on a monthly basis at the beginning of each month. Payment should be remitted at the first lesson each month and will total the cost of the number of lessons to be taken during the month.
Payments can be made via Cash, Check (Payable to Elise Feagley), Venmo (@elisehenkelman), or Credit Card (*Incurs a small convenience fee).
There are no refunds on unused or cancelled lesson.

Lessons canceled with twenty-four (24) hours advance notice will be rescheduled (schedule permitting).
Students are responsible to pay for lessons canceled without twenty-four hours notice.
No refund will be given for no-shows or tardiness. If you think you will be delayed, please call to let me know if you will be coming.
If you know of dates ahead of time where you/your child cannot make a lesson, please notify Elise when booking/paying for your lessons.
There are no refunds on unused or cancelled lessons.
Should you decide to stop taking lessons, please give Elise two lessons notice.

Any lessons cancelled at least 24 hours ahead will receive a make-up lesson at a time convenient to both the teacher and the student.
Typically, make-up lessons take place at an alternate time/day within the week. In some cases, the make-up lesson will be added after/before the original lesson time, enabling the student to have a longer lesson.

If Elise cancels a lesson, we will either reschedule for another time or skip over that week and resume the following week. If the student and/or teacher decide to not reschedule, all payments will be pushed forward to compensate for the missed lesson.
