Booking Process
Step 1: Please complete the online contact form. After it has been submitted, Elise will respond to your request within 1-2 business days.
Step 2: If Elise is available to play at your wedding, she will respond to your application with a welcome letter, quote, and contract. To reserve your date, sign and return the contract (delivered electronically or post) with a refundable 50% deposit. (You must cancel at least 30 days prior to event to receive deposit refund.)
During your music planning process you are welcome to unlimited consultations via phone or email. I will contact you 3-4 days before your event to finalize event details.
On the day of the event, I’ll arrive approximately 30 minutes early to set up, warm up and go over any last minute details with your event coordinator and/or officiant.
Your remaining deposit is due the day of the event, before the scheduled start time.

Based on your ceremony, I will help customize a group that will fit perfectly for your venue and budget. Prices vary. Please use the contact form for a quote.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if my ceremony is outside?
I am happy to play outdoors, but will need to be under an umbrella or covering of some kind to protect my instrument from the elements.
What do you usually wear?
I usually wear concert black (dressy, all black), but I am happy to wear something more colorful or something to match the colors of your wedding, upon request.
Do you require breaks?
I don’t require a break during the ceremony, but if I am playing 2 or more hours, a 10 minute break every 50 minutes is standard.
Will you attend the wedding rehearsal?
It is not usual for me to attend the wedding rehearsal as we will work out the music in detail. But if it would make you feel more comfortable, I can attend for a fee of $100.
Do we need to meet in person?
We can do all of our communication over the phone and/or with email, but I would be happy to meet with you if that is your preference.
Can you help with the music selection?
Yes. I would be happy to assist you in making the music selection.
What if the ceremony starts late?
It is rare, but if your wedding ceremony is delayed I will play prelude music to entertain your guests. I will never leave in the middle of a ceremony as I don’t ever book weddings back to back! Please keep in mind that overtime is charged for events that start more than 20 minutes late. ($25 per musician per half hour)
